Exercise, Outcome 1

Today I'm reflecting on how far I've come in my fitness journey. I've been seriously working out since I was starting sophomore year. This has been a constant push for me to be better and stronger. My exercise has helped me to be much healthier, happier, and more confident. I identify my own strengths and develop areas for growth by understanding that I've come a long way but I can still go a long way further.
